Project Overview
New Haven Community Park is an 18-acre parcel of urban green space that was converted into a hub of recreation in the heart of a highly developed residential area. The project included two ball fields with lights (one field has an irrigation system), playground area with playground equipment, shelter structure, restroom facilities, a ½ mile asphalt path along the perimeter and a large, open play area. A naturalized storm water detention pond doubles as an ice skating area during the winter months.
